Book launch, Rockwood 3 w’ Heather Styka, + more

Hey all!  Thanks first off to everyone who made my CD release show such a success — it was great to have such an incredibly packed house–especially on such a cold cold night! Those of you who pre-ordered the CDs-  they should be coming to you this week. Those of you who might not have yet, well — you can get it right here at

In just a week or so, Friday, February 13, Pamela Alex DiFrancesco will officially launch their debut novel, The Devils That Have Come to Stay. The party is at at The Bureau of General Services – Queer Division (, New York’s premier queer bookstore, and is free! Why do I mention this? Because I will be performing songs based on the novel (an Acid Western – think Easy Rider meets No Country for Old Men, set in the Gold Rush) that the two of us wrote together. 208 W 13th St (@The Center)

The very next day, Friday, February 14, at 7 pm, I’ll be back at the Bureau for  NERD LOVE! An alternative valentine’s celebration hosted by my friend Kelli Dunham. It’s going to be super fun and there will be candy.

Last, but certainly not least – I am pleased as punch to welcome my good friend Heather Styka to NYC on her winter tour. The two of us will play a duo show at Rockwood Music Hall Stage 3, 185 Orchard Street. Tickets are only $8, but they are VERY limited — only 50 (it’s an intimate room) — so get yours in advance!

So that’s about it for right now. The new album should launch on iTunes any day now, and until then, here’s some vid from the CD release filmed by my excellent pal, Sam Teichman.
